Shipping and dispatch

We ship from Delhi with free shipping on Hanamori online orders. Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days after payment.

After payment you’ll receive an order confirmation email with a private tracking link. We update it when your courier details are live.

Delivery is typically 3–5 business days in North India, 5–8 days nationwide, and up to 12 days for remote areas. Large items (food carts, etc.) may take an extra 1–2 days.

Returns and order issues

No-questions-asked returns within 10 days of delivery if you’re not satisfied — unused items in original packaging. Contact us to arrange pickup or refund; no lengthy forms.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with your order number and photos — we’ll replace or refund.

Secure payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Hanamori does not store your card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
